Meet Aim-For, an organisation set up by two former professional footballers, Nick and Lee Richardson, with the aim of boosting the mental well-being of athletes.
The organisation helps many injured athletes, and with both Nick and Lee having experienced injuries in their playing days, the fact they can offer first-hand advice to their clients is truly unique in the field.
